Placed the order over a couple of weeks ago and they will not ship until they have every product. I understand but it's not my problem, happy to wait for the extra's but I really needed the bike sooner.
Customer service representatives say they will call back with answers, never do, I am always having to call them. Email response is equally slow.
Never thought I would have to deal with such a frustrating service from a modern day online retailer, most other online shop seem to manage, they haven't even apologised.
