Quite possibly the worst company for after sales EVER! I got a bike via their subsidiary company - Cycle Solutions. The bike developed a fault within the first month and I returned a part for repair. It took 3 MONTHS to resolve with numerous phone calls, verbal and emailed complaints (that got ignored) and an attitude from the staff that made you feel extremely undervalued.

I demanded a credit note for my troubles and purchased some Endura shorts with the voucher. The shorts then tore whilst under warranty so I sent them back. It took 5 WEEKS for them to admit they had lost them before they sent me another pair. All the time I was calling them I could tell they knew they had gone missing as they kept tripping themselves up with the lies about when they had arrived and when they had sent them off to Endura.

This company is an absolute disgrace.
