Paid £1450 for a Genesis bike which turned out to be faulty. It was a Shimano hub gear but they claim that it needs to be repaired by the manufacturer rather than give a replacement!
Still waiting on a replacement part five weeks later. Staff have a couldn't care less attitude.
If you buy online stick to Wiggle or Chain Reaction and avoid Wheelies like the plague!
