After having my bikes stolen my insurance company put me through to wheelies for the replacement. Initially all went well and I happily ordered two new bikes and a few accessories. A week later I rang and was informed that one bike was delayed as waiting for parts however if I paid extra I could upgrade, which I gladly did. I was then told they didn't have some of the items in stock do I had to choose alternatives. The bikes finally arrived a few weeks later and it be ame clear that one bike was scratched and damage and the second bike had not been upgraded (which they HAD charged me for) and also components were also damaged!!! After 3-4 calls I had to send one bike back and also the damaged component. 10 days later there was still no news even though constantly rang them! They now claim to be returning one bike today and also my damaged seat post. I have no faith it will arrive though! On there website they make a big song and shout about the Cytech qualified engineers working for them. Yet in reality they show little attention to bikes being sent! My Orange Five had a non working Reverb seat post and the wrong shifters on, it was easy to spot!! Yet there 'qualified' people missed both!!

Overal I feel totally let down by this company, they talk a good sale but are let down at every stage. Even funnier is its never there fault and always blame another department!

I hope I never have to deal with them again, and once the bikes are finally here I'm changing insurance providers!!
