I ordered an orange Elite pro after my old one was stolen, the bike took a week to arrive, despite initially being told it would be 48 hours.
When it arrived it had the wrong tyres on it, wrong size and brand, so that they were too wide to fit through the frame.
Secondly the brakes were not working, I phoned them and was told to take them to a local shop for fixing, then email them the invoice for a refund. Refund never came, had to chase it up twice.
Still no working brakes, now 6 weeks on, have been lied to when asking to speak to a manager. Spoke to one person and was transferred to their manager. Next time was connected directly to the 'manager' who claimed the initial person was his manager. Somewhat unlikely.
The tyres were sorted by the manufacturer after one email. Still waiting on the brakes.
Never reply to email, never return calls, and has yet to deliver anything as agreed.
I gave them terrible for value for money, because I still don't have a working bike. DO NOT even think about using wheelies. Better off going to a local shop and asking for price match.
