Totally completely and utterly BAD. took 5 weeks and lots and lots of calls to get the damn bike. Only when I told them I wanted a refund and to stick their order did they finally deliver it and not refund the money as requested. I am so angry with them.

But I did chase for compensation and got it.... so if you are being messed around just be aware you can get compensated!!!!!!

I got 10% of the bikes cost plus the cost of some lights and mudguards and I bought myself a fur coat...its lovely so thanks for that Wheelies. lol
