Velo Ecosse was recommended by a poster on the CycleChat forum who had experienced great service from the shop. I checked out the website and found the price of the Topeak multi tool was better than any I'd seen on Amazon or elsewhere. All of the tools I looked at on the site had a message saying 'availability - please call' so I sent an enquiry email and received a reply within three minutes (!) in which Owen said the item would be back in stock in the next couple of days. I ordered the tool on Monday afternoon and it arrived Thursday lunchtime. I'd definitely order from these guys again.
