My overall experience of the shop was very good. The staff which dealt with me came across as very knowledgeable and always happy to go to long measures to help you out without getting overly in your face or pushy.

The bike arrived earlier than they said it would and I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever - in fact it's been perfect.

I am very happy with the service and quality of the goods from velo ecosse - something I feel has been lacking in some other Edinburgh bicycle shops from my own past experiences. I will definitely come back here in the future.
