Its great service, I received very prompt replies, everything I needed was in stock which was helpful, I was able to get all the gear I required from the same place, was given excellent advice when I rang to enquire about certain products such as what specific tyres I should invest in for long trips and have had no problems with any of my purchases, felt I was in expert hands and got really good value for my money, would definitely recommend velo ecosse without a doubt, my orders arrived a day before I expected and was quite pleased to find everything I had purchased come all in one go, fantastic customer service without exception!
