Ordered over the phone,refund or exchange if not what I wanted.Polite and helpful, best price that I could find,quick dispatch with email and text of expected delivery within a window of an hour by the courier.What more could one want.This has to be the best service I have ever witnessed.The boots were exactly as described and perfect for my work.Thanks very much...
