After ordering a desperately needed pair of wellies late on a Friday evening I received my order the following Tuesday lunchtime. The courier text me to let me know what time he would be arriving. He arrived bang on to the minute and was very polite. My wellies are even better than I imagined and I have recommended your website to everyone that has commented on them. I phoned your office with a query, which was very professionally dealt with. So keep up the good work!!
