“Useless”

Took 5 weeks for first part of my order to be delivered despite showing "available now" on website. Another few weeks and still waiting on the rest which supposedly is not available yet? They dont know when it will arrive so I have now cancelled. Ordered same item from a competitor and was delivered the next day. The items are still showing as available on the website. Very poor company.

what is the competitor's name, i wanna check it, i dont like uksoccershop too. but can't find another company
