I bought a new jacket and pants on quite short notice only 2 days before i was going away but it was such good value i couldn't resist. The sales team were very helpful in sorting out a next day delivery for me and i was excited to get my new gear. It arrived dead on time the next day, the stuff was exactly what i wanted just one annoying mistake! Who ever packed up my stuff hadn't taken the security tags off the jacket and i was going in the morning. Theres not a store anywhere near where i lived so it was a real inconvenience. I tried to get a few local shops to take it off for me but they were reluctant coz it did look a bit dodgy! in the end i broke it off with some pliers risking damaging the goods; luckily it worked out ok.

Overall very helpful company, great value, would definitely recommend to a friend and will use them next time i need some new gear.
