Purchased items from their sale , money taken and got email saying they had been dispatched, on receipt I thought the parcel was a bit thin ,on the delivery note there is a scribbled note saying two of the items are out of stock and a refund would be given ,doesn't say when though and one of the items is still for sale and showing in stock ( not even low stock) on their site in the size I ordered .
Surely an email saying items were out of stock would have been not too much to ask for ,and why are they still advertising goods that I ordered 3 days ago and were not in stock as still being available .
I have another parcel due from them but will not hold out much hope especially as one of the items ordered is now for sale at a higher price.
I will never use this site again.
