I, like many others was excited by the prospect of the Two Seasons 80% sale. Unfortunately even though there was some great bargains to be had , it was a complete lottery as to whether you actually received them.
After ordering a board and the money was debited from my account, it took Two Seasons 4 days to inform me that the board was not in stock. And a further 2 days to refund my money. This happened to a few other customers I know of, plus Two Seasons had the audacity to part ship items and not inform the customer of the missing items until the goods turned up.
I feel that Two Seasons should invest in a reliable and accurate online ordering service before announcing such headline grabbing sales in the future.
