Ordered a Roxy board in the sale. Board remained up on the site on sale for a day after I ordered it. Then, FIVE DAYS later - after I had gone out and bought bindings to match - I was sent an email saying it hadn't been available after all and the order was cancelled. As I was about to go away, it's made it a real rush to get everything I needed. Sent an email saying that I was unhappy with the service and they didn't even bother to reply. Mistakes do happen, but that's terrible service and I wouldn't consider using them again. According to some of the snowboard forums, a lot of people didn't get what they ordered, so it's not just me.
