I paid for next day delivery and should've got an email on the day of delivery. I phoned the shop & was told the email was in my spam folder - it wasn't. I also should have got a text confirming delivery time - I didn't get that either. When my order arrived, one of the items was out of stock with a handwritten note that I'd get a refund. When I phoned the shop earlier that day, why didn't the employee tell me one of the items was out of stock. They also took the money from my account for the out of stock item & I had to wait a few days to get the money back. There's a thread on SCUK with similar tales of dissatisfaction with their service.
