Really disappointed with this lot. Order confirmed for a pump and bib shorts. Waited several weeks- nothing Emailed them- nothing! Then two weeks later as I had received a package, which was left at the post office that i couldn't reach and thought it may have been them- it wasn't! Called- engaged x 4 Called spoke to a girl who was polite but told me they no longer had the pump or the bibs in the size i had ordered. Placed my order a week ago, haven't received any confirmation of my order dispatch, phoned them up with inquiry about it. They told me that it has been sent out yesterday and is on its way,but no email notification about dispatch. Still waiting, product was in stock and company is based in UK, so it shouldn't take that long. Next time probably won't be using them. I have been after a Cannondale hooligan for a long time. Quick google search and triton popped up. They were only 40mins from me. So sent an email asking did they have the bike in stock. Got a quick response stating it was. I was told I would have to wait for the following day to collect it though. After searching for a specific Surly frame I found there site to be the cheapest but after googling them for reviews I found that they were often a bit dodgy about stock levels so I erred on the side of caution & emailed them to check the size/color etc I wanted was in stock, I happily recieved an email stating the frame was in stock & ready for dispatch. ordered a bike from them on a Wednesday called them on Friday to ask where the bike was, told that it was out of stock, they said I should have received a email on the Thursday. I told them I didn't receive the email on the thursday & they said it never got sent out, I felt like all the time I was talking to them they just couldn't be bothered. As a pertential customer, I am appalled by the lack of customer service skills this girl! Had. I ask for a part to be measured as there are two different lengths, the time 11.00am she assured me she'd call me back, 5 hours later I call back, to cut a long story short, she said if it's urgent, try else where! Shopped around for a We The people Arcade bike for my sons 12th birthday. Local bike shop were asking £330. Online from Triton £214....what a difference, but was a bit apprehensive about online purchase of a bike. Read other favourable reviews so placed an order on Monday and bike was delivered Thursday. I ordered a Charge 'Spoon' saddle on Sunday night from Triton Cycles, at an excellent price; the cheapest on the Internet. It arrived first thing on Tuesday and that was with free delivery! It was an excellent shopping experience and I will certainly check them out next time I'm buying stuff. I ordered a pair of Bontrager tyres from Triton Cycles online 3 weeks ago & no sign of the order arriving. The payment was taken from my credit card 10 days ago. I have phoned multiple times and have been told that they are out of stock but will be coming in last week & that I would have them by the weekend. Now Monday, no sign of the tyres. I gave Triton a call at 10 am Thursday morning to order a Mongoose Logo which is the cheapest there than anywhere with free delivery. Very helpful lady on the phone who answered all my questions and took my order. Advised delivery would be Monday or Tuesday the next week. The next morning at 9.30 am a van pulled up outside with my delivery so it took less than 24 hours. I am so impressed i would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again. I purchased a Cannondale Synapse 2011 bike from Triton Cycles in October 2011. The price was good as the bike was on special offer and was discounted by 20% compared to larger retail outlets. The initial order process was easy and I was called by a polite lady the next day to process the payment. I live on the other side of London to the shop, but it's always worth the trek to know I'm going to get helpful, knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Yeah right. I bet this guy was looking for a stem or a set of obscure cheapo cranks, and when the guys couldn't be bothered to waste their time on a £15.00 order. Who spends £25,000 on 10 bikes for a charity ride? Why not spend £600.00 per bike and give the rest of the money to charity? This guy is just a spoilt, sexist, armchair warrior, who just couldn't get his own way.
