Ordered two jackets over two months ago. Their web tracker stated that it had been deatched 7 days after the order was placed, but nothing arrived. Initial email enquiries ignored. Eventually got them to acknowledge ithat my order was "lost in the post" and they agreed to re-send. Nothing arrived. Initial email enquiries ignored. Eventually they responded but said one item was now out of stock. They agreed to refund the out of stock item and re-send the other. Nothing arrived and no partial refund. Their web tracker wasn't updated. I had to write formal letter to get full refund (2 days ago). Unreliable and poor customer service.
