Purchased a commuting bike using the cyclescheme. Was struck imediately by the rapid email response to an enquiry. All responses subsequent to that were punctual and informative. Obtained the cyclescheme voucher, sent it off on friday, got the bike via courier the next friday. Excellent, on time exactly as promised in initial discussions.

Bike was very well packed for transport and arrived without a scratch. Naturally some assembly but rode it into work on the monday morning.

Very friendly and helpful staff (at least via email, I never had to chase them using the phone) with good knowledge as far as I could tell. They even responded promptly after they'd had my money.

I'd certainly recommend them and I'd use them again if I wanted another bike.
