I purchased a Scott Gambler in early 2014 only to find out the item wasn't intact in stock. Since receiving it 2 months after ordered the bike was great, but however when things went wrong how appalling the customer service really was became too obvious! My bike has been with them on "warranty" for five weeks, they've avoided my calls, missed emails and when they did answer they just changed the lie to some other time or thing they were doing. I'm am well and truly disgusted with the pathetic lack of help offered for my situation. Putting forks on shouldn't take two weeks to do as I was told. This has not only ruined my summer of racing, but has seriously meant I couldn't go on holiday which I had planned for over a year. Never been so furious in my life, do not EVER use this bike shop. Not only do they lie, once a problem arises their customers mean nothing to them and you are on your own. Thanks for ruining this years racing and riding, I'll guarentee no one I know will ever use Tredz again, ever, so they won't have to go through the hell I've experienced over the last five weeks of lies and pain without a bike, not to mention useless staff and empty promises. Never again.
