I ordered a cycle top via their web site (Endura Hummvee Long Sleeve Jersey).
It's colour varied slightly compared to the photo. It looked slightly too feminine for me.
So I returned it and requested a colour change (from Burgundy to Black) the next day.
They emailed me at every stage; payment & order receipt (27 Oct 2013), order dispatch, return receipt and processing (4th Nov) and new order dispatch (6th Nov). I received the 2nd cycle top on the 7th Nov.
So allow about 2 weeks from placing your order then receiving the exchanged item.
I'm very happy with the product, the packaging and the way the shop dealt with the order and exchange. It would be nice if they could (re)dispatch on either the same or the following day.
Usual advice applies; ensure that the returned item is perfect, complete with labels.
