“Excellent service from Tredz let down by TNT's...”

Very helpful pre-sales information via the on-line chat system. Staff all extremely knowledgable helpful and pleasant. On-line ordering and payment was smooth and slick. Within hours of ordering (Friday afternoon) I received a phone call advising me of my delivery date (Tuesday) - I was impressed. Unfortunately the delivery contractor (TNT) really let the whole process down. Firstly on the promised delivery date I was at home all day yet nothing arrived. When I rang TNT they claimed that they had tried to deliver at lunchtime but no-one was at home - a blatant lie! They promised delivery by lunchtime the next day - and I stayed in again - but once again no delivery! After several more calls with TNT they located the bike at my local depot and arranged a priority delivery the same afternoon. When I called Tredz they said that they had had a number of problems with their delivery contractor so maybe they will be making changes.
Overall- VERY impressed with Tredz and I will definitely buy from them again.
