hi, bought from tredz before, with no problem, this time i ordered 2 x ultura rain covers for my panniers, dispatched very quick, but on arrival only 1 x rain cover, i telephone the store ,who checked my order details and said yes sir you did pay for 2,we will dispatch one tomorrow, as they did and all is ok. well done tredz.
