My order was place on my behalf due to it being a leaving present from my employer and unfortunately they ordered two items which was incompatible. A quick call was all it took to correct the order before it was shipped. As always the helpful people who answer the phones at Tredz recommended a compatible alternative. I didn't need to go through the process of having to have the card the items were originally bought from they simply changed the item and invoice the new amount. Perfect service!
