ordered a bike for daughters birthday on tuesday 13th aug at 22.50hrs for next day delivery which cost £10 extra. to late for delivery wed. expected delivery on Thursday 15th august.partner took day off work waiting for delivery.guess what no delivery. i called on Thursday when came i home from work.explained was for daughters birthday on Sunday. man very apologetic said could not get it delivered for Friday as was to late, but would get it delivered on sat at no extra cost. how very generous considering my partner has lost a days wages, i waited in all day Saturday for delivery, and surprise surprise no delivery again. very very frustrated by now as customer service number is not available on saturday. no bike for daughters birthday on sunday. perfect.
called on monday explained situation without losing my temper.again man apologetic. which is of no bloody use as daughter had no bike for her birthday. but what can you do apart from tear your hair out in frustration. eventually received the bike late on monday. no good as daughters birthday was ruined. also paid £10 for next day delivey which was more like next week delivery. no refund for delivery charge and no apology. lovely bike but please buy elsewhere to avoid disappointment.
