I ordered a pair of cycling gloves that I subsequently returned, simple enough you might say.
I opted for another pair of gloves £5 more expensive, and did not mention the additional cost or method of payment.
A couple of days later I received an email explaining this fact and that they had my details and would simply take the additional payment.
Why can't on line shopping always be this easy????
