Short and sweet. My wife and I placed an order for a Specialized Sport Disc - 2013 which is listed as in stock and ready to ship. Got the finance done on Monday... Friday comes and we still have no dispatch e-mail so we decide to call. Tredz then unveils itself as one of those companies that blatantly put items on their website as being 'in stock and ready to ship' only to turn around and say that the item is not in stock, or even worse, in this case, discontinued. Further to that, they wanted to ship by Wednesday and living around 400 mts away from the concept store in Kingston it just isn't worth the bother. Out of principle, even if we didn't have to fly out in 9 days I simply am not willing to sit around and wait; if you make claims on your website and then fail to follow through it is simply dishonest and does not put your company in good stead, and that is why you are getting this review.
After reading some reviews online I can see this is not the first time and probably won't be the last.
And just to clarify, we didn't get a call to inform us about the bike not being in stock, we did.
