Product ordered not in stock, replacement product sent to wrong address. Items ordered turned up 5 days apart. Bike was damaged, customer service and contact totally abysmal. Would never buy from again.

Please be assured that it is not standard practise for Tredz to list out of stock items on the website, however we do concede that on this occasion we failed to remove your item from the list.This mistake on our part led to the further difficulties with postage and timing that you experienced.

I have called and sent further emails. The responses to my correspondence have been again terrible. In your last email I was promised a 10% refund for damage to my bike upon delivery.
I have just received my card statement and it appears that you have in fact charged this amount to my card! and no one has bothered to call me I am far from impressed.
