I was a first time customer, saw some good deals on the site so I took the plunge and ordered. As a first time customer of a company you are not familar with you hope for an easy transaction, that is what I hoped for, unfortunately I didnt get one.
A day after placing my order I received an email saying they could not satisfy my order as they did not have the stock and the price was wrong but I could re-order at an increase price at a later date. Strange how when I ordered the item wasnt out of stock!
So I check the item again, no indiaction that there is no stock but the price has increased.
So now I have to get my momey back as well as having wasted my time browsing the site and ordering.
So after this experience I browse the internet about this company and find other reviews with similar negative experiences.
I won't use them again, first orders are critical to repeat business and they won't be getting my money again.
