I ordered a bike from Tredz that was delivered four weeks late. I only ordered from them because the bike was £30 cheaper. I commute to work on my bike, so the delay ended up costing me £60 in commuting fares. I complained and received a £37 voucher. I asked for the bike to be delivered to my home address and the goods I bought with the voucher to be delivered to my office. After the long delay, Tredz managed to screw up the deliveries so that my bike was sent to my office. This caused an issue with my company as it meant the box with my bike in had to spend five days in the office reception. Really disappointing service. It's as if they are trying to get as many sales as possible without concern to the amount of stock they've got. The goods I ordered using my voucher were also delayed. Awful.
