I ordered a present for my son a week before Christmas , although the item showed as being in stock when I placed the order, it wasn't in stock. Tredz emailed me to let me know the situation and when they were expecting more stock, they also assured me that they would do everything possible to make sure it was delivered in time for Christmas, which it was with days to spare!
I appreciated being kept informed and everything they said would happen did.
