First order out of stock but was called and asked if it was a gift and if I wanted a replacement which we discussed, and I did. Received an email, then a phone call to say it was very late and I might not have delivery before Christmas, did I still want the goods. Affirmative, it arrived two days later. Very good client contact keeping one informed.
