they have been awful I have been chasing them for a parcel that was meant to be delivered last week. I have to chase them I do not get a tracking code I have to chase for emails. very hard to get them on the phone as well. they said in a personal email to me that it was given to TNT yesterday and that I would receive it today. after phoning them 3 times we have finally been told that in fact they only gave it to TNT today and that i will receive it tomorrow. brilliant - they have also given us a tracking number that doesnt work! brilliant - i wish i hadn't bought from them. birthday present very much dampened
