Excellent staff, I had queries about sizes of items of clothing I called staff and they measured them for me for online shopping this direct contact is an added bonus. Unfortunately the first delivery didn't arrive but the chaps were great when I called to tell them this and they sent one out recorded delivery. I wasn't in a massive rush for the jacket so this was fine, it was here for Christmas!
