“Excellent Customer Services and amazing prices”

I ordered a Bike (Kona Sutra) which can with a few problems based on manufacturing faults. Tredz sent a courier to collect it. The problem was dealt with promptly and I am now extremely happy with the product.

I do not have any issues with my experience with Tredz as they cannot control manufacturing errors.

They dealt with my order, return and repair as they should have. I would recommend shopping at Tredz

if ALL TREDZ bikes are built and tested by qualified staff how did they not find the problem on initial build up?
