Just to say what a pleasure it was to deal with you guys. The item wasn't in stock when we first ordered them and you sent a very clear communication to tell us this and within a few days you then sent another one explaining exactly what was happening. Your customer service is superb and very clear and accurate communication. It is so good to deal with a company where you feel valued rather than just a number! The shoes are also superb and my son is very pleased with them - exactly what they say on the tin! Many thanks
