I ordered a Brooks saddle, which was not in stock, they emailed me back to advise it would take a week or so to arrive.
I emailed them to say I needed it for a ride the following Saturday, where upon the upgraded me (at no extra cost to me) to next day delivery to ensure I received the saddle in time.
I received the saddle on the Tuesday in plenty of time for the ride.
