“bike setup”

after putting the handle bars in the correct postion and seat i went for a ride, imagine the shock when i went round a roundaboutothers do not and the rear brake came on, the cable had been pulled through the caliper to far, also the front mech was poorly adjusted, it ruined the ride,i am returning to cycling after many years away and have the knowledge to put things right.The bike is now ok.
