“Received item fine but with errors in payment”

As title says bought a saddle from here,received it fine and all that but was charged about £8 more than was my grand total was. I then sent them an email about it 3 weeks ago but still no reply since writing this review.
Bottom line from me is that I'd only buy from here as a last resort.
