“Excellant Customer Service”

I previously made an order of a Hat, gloves, and trousers and everything was delivered as expected. As I was satisfied I decided it would be a worthwhile place to start when looking for a new bike. I emailed several questions and always got a quick and full response. I ordered a Cube Touring bike which unfortunately was not in stock. I then received a call to advise me of this, but to also offer me a different bike (last years model but upgraded) with a huge saving – THANKS TREDZ!

Looking forward to receiving and enjoying the bike.

Scratch the above. Initially service was great but the bike took a week and a half to arrive despite ordering next day delivery. They forgot to ship it, and then said they ha problems witht there courier. When the bike finally did arrive it wasn't complete - (Sarcastic) THANKS TREDZ!
