i wished i found these reviews before ordering

I 've just come accross these reviews and wished I'd seen them before ordering. I ordered the confidence power plate on Thursday for next day del from a website called get fit which I have since found out are the same as sports hq. Waited in Friday nothing. Went online and chatted to a lady who looked into it and said oh sorry there was a problem processing your order and it never went through properly well refund your del charge and it will be out to you Monday. So I emailed them as I wanted it in writing as Mon was the last day I could accept del before going back to work.got email back yes definitely will be Mon. Anyway this morning knock at the door it's arrived checked emails they dispatched it last night. Oh good. I thought they have redeemed themselves a bit then. Waited all day for hubby to get home to help me get it upstairs and put together only to find the plate is broken from the base. The bracket which holds it in place is sheered off. It must have come from storage like that as all the packaging was intact. So here I am emailing them back to tell them because of course there's no one there to dealwiyh my call right now. So. More hassle of having to send back and waiting for them to sort out a new one. Who knows how long it's gonna take now. Normally I would have gone somewhere to get one but saw this online was exactly what I wanted for a really good price .wished I had nt now
