I would give them no stars if it was allowed.
Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
After receiving a faulty item I was promised a replacement part that would sort the fault. They said it would be sent there and then via next day delivery.
After not receiving the part the next day, I decided to use their awful live chat to find out what had happened. They apologised and promised I would get the part the next day. After being fobbed off like this every working day for over 2 weeks, I'd had enough.
I spoke to them again and explained it was their last chance to send me the part. The person I was speaking to was then very apologetic and promised, once again that I would recieve it the next day, he even said it was being posted as he was talking to me. He then suddenly changed his story and told me It would need to be collected to be fixed.
Obviously I was not impressed with the sudden story change.
I was then told everyday that someone was coming to the next day to collect it. After 3 days of another series of live chat run arounds, I asked for a refund.
I had been lied to repeatedly and taken as a fool.
They arranged for someone to collect it, and I had confirmation on monday that they had received it. I spoke to yet another 'Mike' via live chat on monday who said it hadn't been processed yet.
I was told the same on tuesday, and then again on wednesday. At this point I emailed them proof that they had received it on the monday, and even signed for it.
They then apologised for not updating the system and said I would get a refund today.
It is now almost 1pm, and nothing yet.
If a refund isn't received by the end of today day I will be taking it up with paypal.
I will never use this company again, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
Awful service, so avoid at all costs.
