I purchased a woodworm bike from SPORTS HQ on Amazon. After repeated problems with the peddle, SPORTS HQ agreed the exchange my bike for a new one. This is when the trouble start, after agreeing a date for the exchange, I then didn't hear from them for two weeks. I repeatedly tried ringing the number on the website and continued to email them. I finally tried ringing the bike manufacturer (woodworm) to see if they could help, and would you believe who answered my call, SPORTS HQ. Woodworm and SPORTS HQ are the same company, so contact woodworm if you can't contact SPORTS HQ.
