I paid for a Saturday delivery and patiently waited all Saturday for my item to arrive, it didn't. The Sports HQ was open until Monday am. Called Monday and spoke to the most apathetic 'customer service' representative I have ever had the misfortune to come across. They were basically of the mind that it was not their problem and that I needed to sort the issue out myself. The only thing remotely helpful they did was to give me the number of the delivery company. I called themand their customer service bod was very helpful (take a leaf Sports HQ!). My item was delivered about couple of hours later, but this is in no thanks to The Sports HQ. Would I use again or recommend? Probably not. I just hope that nothing goes wrong with my item, not because it would be inconvenient, but because I would have to deal with The Sports HQ customer services again!
