I accidentally ordered the wrong item from the Sports HQ. I know this was my mistake but I have been trying to contact the Sports HQ for the last day to cancel and return the item, and have yet to receive any reply. No reply to my email, no response from their live chat, and they left me on hold for over 30m before asking me to leave a message. What's the point in advertising customer service if nobody is there to respond to customers?
