I had a problem with a brake lever that I'd snapped off. I wasn't too confident about installing the new one, and asked in the notes if they had any advice for me putting a new one on. They responded promptly, and gave me useful information that helped me fix my bike quick. The shipping took only a day, despite being international. Excellent service every time, my go-to shop for trials components and bikes.
