Due to multiple problems with their parcel carrier (City - link) the goods dispatched on 09/12/2013 never arrived. Numerous telephone calls to City- link did not get me anywhere I therefore emailed and telephoned Sweatband for help. I was promised that someone from Sweatband would call... but they never did. Goods now back at Sweatband 18/12/2013) .... and I am now waiting for a refund. Lets hope Sweatband are more efficient at this and I do not have to contact my credit card company to get my money back.
