Be aware if you want your item to be delivered to an address difrent from your biling one. They will put you on huge security checks and block your money. If this happen you have the full right to contact Consumer Direct and to take a legal action as they don't have a right to put you throw security checks nor to kept a copies of your indenty documents or bills.
About their costumer service this is exellent example of what one costumer service shoudn't like. The only exeption in their team is one guy but he have to obbey orders from his arrogant boses.
If you need to use their website pay throw PAYPAL - if they are any problems you can more easily return your money.
As overal AVOID to bay things from sportsshoes.com as the owners of the site don't realy care about their costumers, nor sport only about money.
