I recently bought a pair of Asics running shoes through SportsShoes.com. I initially ordered the wrong size and returned them for a bigger size. However the trainers they sent back were completely wrong. I returned them recorded delivery (£9) to be replaced - just to be informed that they would not be reimbursing me the cost of postage, even though it was their error. Not going to waste time arguing the toss - I will simply never purchase anything through them again.
